Norths Army - Cadets

Norths Army Cadets is a Program aimed at Young players aged between 8 - 15 years of age with minimal to no experience in Volleyball. The CADETS program runs between 6 and 10 weeks and covers - the FUNdamentals, spiking and first contact, Gameplay Progressions, Defense, Situational Game Play, and making it all come together!!!
